First 30 minutes: a check-in, plus a quick teaching, industry update, or content creation ideas.
Next 90 minutes: co-working. Camera on or off. Chat support the whole time.
My tech VA drops in during the session for anyone with tech questions, setup, or “how do I use this” moments. Head to a breakout room and get it handled.
Final check-in before we close.
