Happy New Year. How are you? Gosh, if we haven't talked since the first of the year, I just want to catch up with you and find out what's going on. I hope you have a good plan made. I hope you have set some amazing goals that this is going to be the year that you really do something magical. There's something about the first of the year that is so fun.
It feels so inspiring and I really hope that you set a plan in place. and that you take the action and that you get your business built. Make this the year that everything changes for you. What I am noticing online is that there are people starting to advertise, and I say people, like big companies, you guys have probably seen it too, Promoting life coaching and that is so good for us.
You might have a different perspective and you might be looking at some of these ads that we're seeing from big companies offering life coaching. You might think, Oh geez, like they're taking the market. And what I want to say is that advertising that is happening is actually helping you. When more people understand about life coaching or coaching in general, it's actually going to help your business.
So I want you to think about. to do to make 2025 amazing. This is going to be a two part episode where I'm going to talk about offers and I'm going to share about my offers, about the transitions that I've made in my offers because I know you can learn from it. So I'm going to be talking to you about what people actually want to buy.
you know, the different types of buyers, the different type of coaching or service that people want to buy. And then we'll talk about kind of what you might want to deliver. And then in the second episode that I do next week, I'm going to talk about our new offer. And I'm also going to talk about the marketing that is required for each one of these offers, because that's another piece that you aren't considering when you think about your offer.
So hopefully this will set you up for success, that you will be able to decide what your 2025 offers are going to be. And what I know for sure is that when you are confident about your offer, and when you've really understand it, and you've looked at all sides of what is involved in your offer. It's much easier for you to go out and sell it, whether it's during a workshop or in a consultation when you confidently and comfortably know that your offer is good.
So in today's episode, we're going to start first by talking about the different types of buyers. And what I'm saying is the. The type of coaching that people want to have. There are going to be people who say, look, just show me how to do it. if you guys are delivering a service, And again, I always use weight loss as an example because I think there are, first of all, there's a lot of weight loss coaches, but that's something that we can all relate to.
You might be somebody who would say, just give me the plan, just show me how to do the exercises, that's all I need and I'll go do it. That particular person is like, provide me with a correct education. Make it as simple as possible. I want to get things done fast. I just want to get to it, right? They're the no nonsense people.
Just tell me how to do it. So no matter what your niche is, you have no nonsense buyers who are like, just get me the fastest result, and And maybe for you, that means you do a VIP day. You do a, you know, intensive session or you do something where it's like in seven days, we're going to get this particular result.
You guys have heard this analogy many times, and I can't remember who shared it with me first, but it's like, You want to go to the dentist if you're in pain and like get it over. You're willing to pay a lot to get it over as quick as possible, right? You don't want to drag out going to the dentist. So that might be a buyer that comes to you.
That's like, just help me get to the root of my problem immediately, like seven days and be done with our coaching. That's a no nonsense buyer. Then there are people who are like, look, I want my handheld. I want to be, Fully immersed in this experience. I want to be able to have somebody like walking beside me, providing the accountability.
What kind of buyer are you, by the way? As I'm talking about this, are you thinking like, Oh yeah, that's me, for sure. Just tell me what to do and I'll get to it. Or, no, I really want somebody there beside me the whole way. And then there's people who really want community and connection. They are really there for a different reason.
They're not in a rush. You know, they're like, Look, I'm at a place in my life where I've got time to really have a conversation. think through what I'm doing. I've got time to focus. So those are different types of buyers. And I want you to think about who your buyer is or buyers, because we actually have three different buyers in the life coach business building school.
We have our, DIY, the people want to do it themselves, right? Just give me the fastest path we have done with you. People who are like, provide accountability. I want some community. I want to have you on this journey with me. Basically, I want you to be accessible. And then we have people who are like, just do it for me.
Build my business for me, build my website, get me set up on social media, set up the tech for me. Like just do that so I can go do the coaching that I love. What would that look like for you? Then the second thing I want you to think about is what do you like to deliver? Like what coaching really fits your style?
And I have to say for me in the last year, I've created the DIY version that will help people get results much faster. It's for that no nonsense buyer, but it also benefits me because our programs have always been around a very high level of support for me.
And I'm at a place where I do want a little bit more freedom in my schedule. You guys know the grandkid thing that I've got going on. They're little and I want to be able to be with them. And so I want to serve more women. And I can serve more women if I do it in a way where they can do more of it on their own with less help from me.
So, how do you like to work with your clients? What is the thing that you like to do most? One of the things I'll just mention about marketing, and again I'll talk about this more next week, is if you have a higher end program, it actually requires less marketing. If you have a lower priced program, I know this sounds counterintuitive, you actually have to do more marketing to sell more of that one product.
I know you guys think when it's a cheap, low priced thing, it's like everybody should buy it, but no. It requires actually more marketing, more of your time. So, that's another piece we'll talk about next week. Let me give you the journey of what has happened for us in the last year and in the last couple of years.
Y'all know our flagship program is the VIP Coaching Experience. That was a business that I have built that I love the most. That level of support is what really fuels me, what our clients love the most. It is what we are known for that business provides a framework that is proven that will save coaches hundreds of hours.
keeps them from making mistakes in their marketing that could cost them like so much time and so much money and lost clients and frustration over tech, worries about their niche. We cover all this. Worries about price, about, offers. All of this is part of our proprietary framework. It's actually called the coach to profitable entrepreneur framework.
Essentially, that's just taking a coach and Helping them learn how to and actually get Clients while they work with us. That is the framework where we answer all their questions. We provide a very high level of support.
That has been and will remain our flagship program. So how the fast track came about is I was meeting the needs of people who kept asking me, How can we work with you? and have access to this proven framework that works. You know, I've had 200 people go through the VIP coaching experience in the last couple of years.
We know it works. So people were saying, how can I do that and spend less money and work with you in a shorter amount of time? So again, when you think about your clients, that was need that needed to be met. People kept saying to me, I don't have, three or four hours a week to meet with you. I don't want that level of support, but I want access to this process.
Or they said, I don't have this kind of money to invest for that level of support, but how can I work with you? We took the exact same process, this proven framework and we moved it down to one hour of coaching a week. So we do it on Mondays. The fast track was on Mondays over the lunch hour. Which was phenomenal because people who work full time or people just didn't have a lot of time in their schedule or didn't want to spend a lot of time in coaching Could come one hour a week.
They could get all the strategy coaching Plus they could be in our Facebook group and get all their answers. They could submit things for review and Essentially what that did was it took it down to 25 percent of the time coaching time every single week and about 50 percent of the cost. That turned out to be the program that more people enrolled in, you know, in a shorter amount of time.
That program actually started in April of 23 and we closed it in December of 2020. Okay. So about 18 months, that program was open, but boy, we had a lot of people go through it and you're going to hear from people. They loved it. I will say though, it was really too close to the VIP coaching experience. it wasn't actually enough separation.
to really get the amount of people that I wanted to be able to serve. And why was that the problem? Well, first of all, it still wasn't a low enough price today. The Life Coach Business Building School, our lowest program and I say lowest in price is actually 18% total price of what the VIP is, 18 percent you guys, that's the cost difference.
Okay. It is a fraction of our VIP coaching experience, which now makes it accessible to hundreds and hundreds of people, right now, those same people for 18 percent of the price. It's so much lower. They have an opportunity to access what our VIP proven proprietary framework is where we teach people how to not just be life coaches, but to also become profitable entrepreneurs, which means we teach them how to get clients in their coaching business.
That again, at such a reduced price, really was the answer that I was looking for with a fast track. I just didn't go to a low enough price and I also didn't reduce the hours of deliverable coaching time enough. to meet everybody's needs. So that actually is for the no nonsense person who's like, just tell me how to do it.
I'm in a hurry. I want to get it done. I'm smart enough to do it on my own. you've got the process that I know saves me hundreds of hours. we teach the tech still. We help with the niche. We help with the offer, with the pricing. We teach all of the free marketing that is necessary. Again, for. A fraction of the price of the VIP.
So that is actually why we closed the Fast Track. Because the Fast Track was almost like the VIP still. And in order for me to really grow and make a bigger impact, I wanted to reduce the price and the amount of hours of coaching down to something that more people could say yes to.
So like we have a lot of people that work full time that are, in the Life Coach Business Building School, where they come get coaching one hour a month. We also actually have some VIP and our fast track clients that are renewing down to the school, which is interesting. I didn't expect that, but they're like, I want access, continued access to the framework, continued access to anything new that you create too.
We provide templates and marketing materials and advertising, Canva graphics. I mean, literally you guys, it's everything tech training. They're like, I want to have access to that. And all I need is one time a month to meet you. Cause one time a month I can get my questions answered and I'm on my way. So that is why we closed the fast track.
It just wasn't enough of a difference between the VIP and the life coach business building school between what that is now. So I want you to hear from our fast track clients. They're going to share what they loved most about the coaching experience and it's essentially the VIP coaching experience.
I really appreciate this program. You and Thais and everyone. You just have been great. And there's you guys are not just great. You're helping us to be great help helping us to do what we need to do. And I sincerely appreciate that.
And I always have a lot of questions. And one of the things I really appreciate you all is that you've given me a lot of clarity in my work
Debbie, this has been really great. I, you know, I too have been with other things and projects and trying to figure everything out. But,
the time that I have spent in, in, on these live calls and also with Thais and also in the portal, been very valuable to me, have given me a lot of, a lot of great ideas and structure into my business, so I want to thank you.
10 months ago, I was still working at my regular job and not even, I hadn't even taken my health coach classes yet. But also thinking on the positive that 10 months ago, I've come a long way.
I didn't even have Facebook. It's really been a breakthrough for me so yeah, that's where I am now.
so what you need to think about when you think about your offers for 2025 is what do people want?
And really to serve two different audiences, you can have a high touch experience that is for that person who is like, look, work with me, walk with me, provide the accountability, show me how to do it. Be available for me. I want a partner in whatever niche you're coaching it. I want a partner come hold my hand and go on this journey with me.
That's our VIP. Then there's the people that are going to be the life coach business building school as it is today. And we've had 30 plus people go through the school already with one time coaching and they're having phenomenal results. So that actually is what's going to work. That's the place where we will grow our business, where we will make the biggest impact.
What would that look like for you? So if you were going to have a low price point kind of a do it yourself where you're still may be available to answer questions to some degree and then your higher level, kind of your flagship coaching experience. That's what I wanted to share with you guys today. I mean, it's been a difficult decision because I love the fast track, but essentially the fast track clients were getting VIP coaching.
They were just paying half the price. So now our people can pay again a fraction of the price and have full access to the same exact framework that our VIP clients use day in and day out that is proven. So I hope this was helpful to you as you think about what it is you're going to do in 2025 to, I mean, just go out there and kill it with your business, you guys.
I mean, seriously, *let this be the year that everything changes for you. *I totally believe that if things weren't the way that you wanted them to be in 2024, you guys, it's like flipping a coin.
I can guarantee you that 2025 is going to be your year because that's just reality, right? 50 50. That's a concept that you guys have heard me talk about from the life coach school. So if your downside was 2024. Then your upside is going to be 2025. So let's get ready. I hope you learned something from the offers.
