The Facts
I’m married to Tad who I love and adore. He’s an incredible supporter of anything I want to do. We’re business owners, and he’s a retired doggie Doctor. (He took care of my doggie and stole my heart in the process.)
My daughter Laney is a Family Nurse Practitioner and a Certified Life Coach. (Helping women who struggle with anxiety find contentment.)
My son-in-law, Kyle, is a Nurse who has cared for many COVID patients over the last couple of years, and he’s so good to Laney!
I have the joy of being with my two grandchildren almost daily.
I have two barking dogs, Bentley & Daisy.

Here’s my biggest piece of advice:
Tell yourself the truth of what’s happening within. Journal about it, and become aware and familiar with your fears. You know your body (and brain) best, and the only way for you to move forward is by being honest with yourself.
“Every progress starts by telling the truth” is my favorite quote of all times. The only way to make leaps of progress is when you are able to see your fears and limitations and embrace them head-on.
Fun Facts
After 5 years of infertility, I had my first son with a little help from technology, modern science, and medicine. Then, exactly a year later, I was surprised by my twin pregnancy, and I held them full term.
Moved from Brazil knowing only 100 verbs and made more friends in my first month in the USA than I've made most of my life in Brazil.
I am a morning person who naturally wakes up between 4:30 and 5 am without an alarm.
Obsessed with journaling and self-growth. And books… all the books!! Give me another book!!
