Hi there. I'm glad you're here. It's my birthday and I'm celebrating with you today. I wanna share with you a special announcement that I have, something fun I have going on, and also wanna just let you in on what I have planned for this next year of my life. It's my 59th birthday. And I really want to make a big impact between my 59th and my 60th birthday, and I really feel like it's gonna be a magical year.

I'll tell you, the right people have come into my world that are supporting me and I think everything has brought me to a moment like this. So lemme tell you what I've got going on. The first thing is I wanna spend this year, my 59th year helping you grow your business. That is where all my focus is going to be, is on what you need from me to make your business growth easier. I wanna help you stop spinning. So many of you guys are still stuck. So many of you guys are doing things that are not productive. You have this dream and you just can't get there. Yesterday I had an email exchange with somebody that I had a consultation with two years ago. Do not do that.

Two years this lady has been in the exact same position. Honestly, nothing had changed. I suspect in between those two years, she probably bought some more courses that she didn't finish. She's got several books probably sitting on her nightstand, right? She's watched lots of webinars, lots of workshops, and she has not taken action. I wanna tell you, the coaching that I do is what makes the difference. So I wanna be able to help you make a difference in your own business. 

I know this is the time for me to do the work that I'm meant to do, and I'll tell you why. Because I think the world needs coaching. I think there are so many people that have this passion, they have had transformation. And I'm probably talking to you. You've had a transformation, you have a passion, and you know that there's people like you that have suffered, that have struggled, and you are ready to help 'em.

And I think the rest of the world needs your help. I think there are so many people that need coaching and we're barely scratching the surface on being able to serve and bring awareness to people about the benefits of coaching. I tell you, I saw this lady on YouTube yesterday and she was trying to scare people into saying that the coaching market was saturated. And I was like, shame on her. It is not saturated. If y'all think about your friends, you think about your family, how many of them have coaches? Now, I'm not talking about your coach friends, I'm talking about your friends, your neighbors, your coworkers. How many of those are working with coaches? Virtually none.

So that means there's that much opportunity for us. So you and me together, we need to go let everybody know about coaching. We need to spread the word. We need to go out and do the work. Think of the impact that coaching has made on you. And how it's changed who you are. I know for me, oh my gosh, it's remarkable. Not just the outward changes that you see about me, but how I feel on the inside, right? How I'm living my life within me. That's the part that's really changed. I feel so much more satisfaction in my life. I have so much more contentment. I have so much more confidence. Like that's the work that we need to do.

You guys, I wanna help you be able to do that by getting your business built. I believe we all need to be more present on social media, and most of you guys are not even sure how to do that. I think we need to have more clarity in our message so that when we do tell people about coaching, when we have that opportunity for them to listen to us, we say it in a way that's compelling, right? That we bring value instead of sort of adding to the thing where somebody thinks like, oh yeah, isn't that cute? She's a coach. We wanna end those ideas that people have about coaches. We want people to value the work, and we do that by learning how to effectively communicate,by creating a professional coaching business, which is what I teach you guys in that Canva workshop that so many of you have watched, I want all of what you present to the world to be professional.

I want it to be first class so you can be taken seriously. So that you can add value and elevate what people think about coaching, and I'm here to help you with that. I want you to do your part to spread the word, but I'm gonna do my part by helping you feel confident, by helping you be prepared, so that you know how to do it in a way that is bringing you the respect that you want.

So many of you guys really want to be seen as experts and you actually are. What happens is you get certified and you go to try to do your coaching, and you're not receiving the respect that you want, and you think another certification is an answer and it's not. The respect comes from what they see about you as a business person. You know how to do the coaching, but they don't see you as having a coaching company. That is the work that I do with you. I help you create a coaching company that can be well respected, where you have systems in place, where you can go from being stuck and unprofitable and confused to being certain and confident on how to grow a business. I tell you, I have more clarity in my coaching process than I've ever had before. I've seen the obstacles and I know how to help you guys overcome 'em. I am super clear on who I wanna help and how I help 'em, and the kind of women that I want to work with. 

Let me tell you a little bit more about the Business Building Boutique. Y'all know I have my VIP version and I also have the Fast Track. I'm gonna help you with the technology. So many of you guys, especially if you're close to my age and I've just said I'm 59, you don't know the technology. Maybe you've worked for a corporation and you've been on computers your whole life, but you're like, I don't know how to use the technology for my coaching business. And all the YouTube videos in the world have not gotten you the answer that you need. You actually need someone to show you just like what I do with my clients. I love these words, certainty, competency, and confidence. Those three things when you're certain about what you're doing, when you feel confident, like you know how to do it, that creates confidence.

Then you can have that long-term business success. The work that I do with my clients, it's like one-time work. We get the foundations built. I teach you how to market, how to write, how to understand what advertising really is, how to find your clients. That's all work that you do once that you'll be able to use in your business forever. What I don't do with my coaching is I don't just send you off to watch more videos. This is not a course where you don't take any action. I'm not actually your babysitter, I'm your guide. I tell you based on your niche exactly what you need to do. So it's feedback that is niche specific and it's actually according to the level of business experience that you have.

So if you're not committed to doing the work, you're definitely not my client. But if you are ready to get it done, then we need to be working together. The coaching that I do Really solves doubt. It moves you from being stuck in that cycle of, I'm not sure if this is the right thing, is this the right decision to knowing how to make the best decisions for long-term success in your coaching business.

If you're worried about what others think about your coaching and you want to be respected, and I wanna be respected, look, I get it, you guys. Then I can help you do that. I'll help you elevate your whole entire coaching image, and it doesn't cost a bunch of money, right? You do this by making small changes in the way people see you by communicating more clearly.

You want to show up in your niche as an authority, and I can help you figure out how to do that. I'll help you improve your approach to business. So many of you guys are worried that maybe you're gonna be like a one hit wonder, and guess what? I wanna help you have consistency in your business. The women that I work with, they wanna have a system, a step-by-step approach, and that's the way that I help you in your business.

By the way, that helps you create the same step by step approach to your business and to your coaching. I provide accountability, and I'm definitely an encourager and a cheerleader. And we have a really great community. You wanna feel confident in business strategies? I have business strategies that you can implement that are easy, that other coaches have been implementing. These are not new strategies. I've spent 25 years learning how to do what I do, and I'm prepared to help you do it today. I have integrity and the women that I work with have integrity. They can be trusted. That's you, right? I know you're determined. You want to do things right. You wanna take the right actions, you wanna feel like you have control of your business.

And I know that because you were conscientious enough to really study coaching to make sure that you bring the best coaching to your clients. Now we need to get you set up to have the best business so your clients will find you. And so that you can provide an incredible client experience so that your coaching and the experience that they have in your business are the ultimate experience.

So I'll help you with this structure and the practical next steps that you need to get your business where you want it to go to. I have this proven process. As I said, I've been doing the same exact process in my business for over two decades. It's personalized, honest feedback. So if you are timid and you don't want somebody to tell you what to do, probably I'm not the coach for you. If you want somebody to just be straight with you and say, no, don't do it that way, or, yes, I think this is the best way. And if you want the prodding and you want the accountability to take consistent action, that's the kind of coaching that I do week after week with my clients. So you'll get the specific guidance that you need to take in your business so you can feel proud of the work that you do. So you can finally say, look, I get it. I've got my business built. And guess what guys? It does not happen tomorrow. It doesn't happen overnight, but in the six-months time we work together, oh my gosh, it's magic because when you get to that fourth, fifth month time, things start to happen.

As one of my clients said, It's like microwave popcorn. And I know, I can't remember who said this, you guys, I'm sorry. I need to give credit to the right person, but it's like microwave popcorn that you've put in the oven. And while we're working on getting your business situated, while we're working on your marketing, your branding, right while we're building up your audience, it's like popcorn is not popping and then it starts to pop slowly and then before you know it is going crazy. That's what happens when you build a business.

All right. Let me tell you how I'm gonna support you. I'm gonna make the announcement to you guys that I'm bringing back the summit.
