Welcome to the podcast. Today we're going to be talking about creating a profitable offer. I'm going to be talking you guys through what it takes to create an offer that your clients will love. And Which is how you make a profitable one, right? One that you know how to market, one that you know gets clients results, and one that you just love.

I'm also going to be sharing about our Fast Track coaching experience. It is actually coming to an end this month, so it is the last month you can join. I'll do a parallel comparison with teaching you how to make an offer and sharing the details about the Fast Track so you can see side by side what I'm talking about.

So you can leave this podcast Knowing what to do to create your own offer.

The first thing I want to ask you is, do you know what your clients really want to buy? And are you delivering what they need? Now I know that sounds strange what I just said, but you want to buy coaching that will get you clients, but I actually know what you need I have to deliver some things to you that you don't even know you need Because if you knew how to get clients you would already have them All right, so there's going to be steps in our step by step process and in your step by step process that you Utilize with your clients, but they don't even know that they need them So that's the first thing to get clear on. Do some market research and make sure that you know what your client wants and that you are very certain that you know how to deliver that result.

The second thing I want to mention is, do you know who you actually want to work with? This sometimes will only become crystal clear to you after you work with a few people. After I started the fast track, I got clearer and clearer with my marketing message because I realized in some cases I was attracting clients who said, Oh my gosh, please make me do this.

And it was like, I'm not going to make you do anything. If you want to build a coaching business, then you are the person to work with me. So who is it that you need to be working with that will, in fact, do what it is you want them to do? So I want action takers. I want people who are super excited to do the work to get their business built.

Now, look, I know for sure. You guys don't like technology. You don't love social media. You feel like all you want to do is just get a client, but I know that there's a process that you have to learn. So I understand. I'm going to get action takers that are also overwhelmed, that also have a lot of questions that also have some doubt because they have never built an online business before, and that's not a problem.

So. What are your skills? My skills, my top skills are consulting, advising, teaching, telling, and offering business strategy to coaches. Are you clear about what your top skills are? And again, it's not just coaching. So many of you that are certified, you have this idea, you just follow the coaching method.

But really when it comes to building a business, you're building it around a process that becomes your signature process. Whether you know it or not, you actually have one. Whether you know it or not, you're going to be creating one for your ideal client because that's how you create a profitable offer.

So let's talk about creating that offer and again, I'm going to share about the fast track, which you can join for the very last time this month, But I'm also going to explain explain about how you create your offer. Our clients want a process and I am sure even if your clients don't know it, you actually have a process for helping people get transformation.

So if you are an anxiety coach, let's say you coach them weekly on anxiety. but also I know that you're teaching him how to manage it. So you actually do have some steps, some things that you're talking to him about, some ways that you're showing them what they're thinking. You know, it depends on your coaching format, but you have a process.

You're just not thinking that you do. This is an eye opening step for our clients. They realize like, wow, okay, I get it. I actually do have a process, my signature process, and I didn't even know it. So figure out what your process is going to be. We actually help our clients map that out. So in the fast track, I have mapped out step by step.

We have simplified every step. Why have we done this? Because our clients want this. We have provided the technology support. Right, tech support, because y'all say, I just am terrible at tech. We've provided social media support. Cause you don't like social media. Okay. We really hand hold because that's what our clients need and want.

What does your client need and want? What are the step by step details? And by the way, I cannot tell you what those are. I know I keep hearing everybody talking about building their course with AI. Fantastic. You go for it. If you want to have a course that really meets your clients needs, you first have to know what it is they need, what your skill set is, when you combine the things that are the various trainings, the various information, all of that together.

you will come up with a signature process. AI cannot do that for you. So make sure that you're creating your own course. If you want to take some of it to AI after you've created it, okay, but if you want to create a profitable offer, it has to be an offer designed by you. Again, make sure you look at the step by step and then figure out next.

How is it that I can deliver this in a way to help people get results? So to do that, you have to ask yourself, what are the resistant points? Where will they be resisting the next step? Where will they get tangled up in what I'm teaching them? So in the fast track, We know we're going to offer your tech support because we know we're going to teach you the technology.

We actually have something called the business building boutique university. It is a bonus for the fast track clients who purchased this month, but it is a set of training videos where we teach you in one or two minute videos. How to do all the technology for your coaching business. We don't want you to have to sit down and watch an hour training.

We help you go right directly to one training. You search by the topic, get to that one training and watch one or two minutes, do it right. And then go back to the next training so that you can be doing it while you are learning it. Then you come to our tech support sessions and you're like, I still can't figure this one thing out.

No problem. We tell you exactly what to do. 

We also know that even though we provide education and next steps and a process, we want you to understand what is really branding all about? What is brand positioning? How is it that you learn how to write advertising copy that converts to paying clients? All those are things that you don't know, but we want to explain it in our trainings in a very short, concise way, so that when you come to coaching.

You can have done the work, like created your own advertising post, let's say social media post. We teach you in three simple steps how to do a social media post in the fast track. When you do that, you come to our open coaching. Now you can ask a quality question. So what is it that your client needs?

What are the shortcuts that will help them get to the transformation faster? Maybe for you it's some journaling that they do, or it's some meditation that you send to them via audio. You know, some short audio meditation sessions. I don't know, for your niche, what it would be, but you figure out what your toolkit needs to contain.

We also have our Canva Graphics that help you create a professional brand in a very short amount of time. We have a website format. We have a marketing copy format. So there's many things that you have no idea how to do. All of that has been designed to help our clients. Honestly, Learn how to get clients within four weeks of working with us.

Yeah, we support clients for six months because we know that they need that time. This is another thing for you. If you're creating the perfect offer, how much time does somebody actually need to be able to go through that process, to be able to learn, understand, and have it stick? You know, we want to give you six months of support after we teach you in just a few weeks, how to get clients.

how to market your coaching. We know you need support because we also know that that primitive brain of yours has come along with you and you're going to want to change your mind and you're going to have lots of questions and you're going to indulge in confusion. What is your client going to be doing?

So now you've heard kind of about the process. about the number of weeks and then you want to think about the timing of your coaching sessions that are best for your clients and best for you. So with the fast track coaching program, when you join this month for the last time 

it is to spend the last six months of this year. building, growing and establishing your coaching business. That's what I want to invite you to do. Join us for the fast track for the very last time. When you work with us, you meet us on Monday at 12 PM central time for what we call open office hours. It's business strategy coaching.

You come and you ask any question you have and we tell you what to do next. You bring any confusion you have. We show you how to do it. All of that is part of the strategy coaching. You say, Debbie, I don't know where to find people. I say, okay, here, based on your niche, your person would be here. You're like, I'm not sure if I like my niche.

I'm like, okay, here's some questions you can ask yourself to get clear on your niche. You might be saying, what about my pricing? What do you think? We have a formula for that too. So I would say, Hey, go check out the formula in step eight of our process and look and see about the pricing formula first and then come to coaching.

and I will be able to better answer your question. All of those pieces are what we do to set you up for success in the fast track. How are you going to do that for your clients? After we meet on Monday at noon for business strategy coaching, then we also provide you on Tuesday at noon with tech support.

I know you guys say you're terrible at tech. You hate social media. Okay. Our tech support also includes social media support. It also includes email support. It includes, you know, how to use the technology for your coaching business. We do that on Tuesdays at noon because we know you need that. 

What we have done is we answer the questions of what our clients have said that they need in the coaching that we provide.

That's what you have to do. Again, that's why you have to go back and do the research. from your ideal clients to find out not what you think they need, what they think they need, and then you give them what you know they need. Okay. 

I know that they need some education and understanding. I know that you guys need cheat sheets.

I know you need to copy my emails because until you learn how to do it well, you can't do it. You will not get your business built in an efficient amount of time unless you use our Canva graphics. It saves you hundreds and hundreds of hours. So that is the Fast Track. Again, you meet us two times a week.

Also, we have this intensive mastermind that you are invited to join this month. This month, okay? And you will write your main marketing message. We actually write it with you. Yeah. Copywriting. We teach you how to write advertising copy. This is the number one thing that people are missing. They do not know how to communicate about their coaching.

We teach you how to do that. We also work with you on your brand. If you don't have a brand at all, myself and one of our team members who does branding will create your full brand with you. If you already have a brand. I'm going to teach you how to actually use that brand and how to up level your business.

That is part of our intensive mastermind. It happens at the end of this month. So you're listening in July. You're going to join for the last time and you're going to get your main marketing message and all of your branding done before the end of this month. now that you've heard all the amazing details and you know you're going to get your business built.

This is by the way. the lowest pricing we have ever offered on the fast track. We have more to offer you in the next six months. It is going to be epic, but it is for the last time. Now you might be saying, okay, Debbie, I hear all this. You've explained how to make an offer. Now you're telling me your best offer is coming to an end.

Why is that? Let's talk about that. I have to tell you, it's really bittersweet. You know, we sit and we look at our business and we say, where are we going? And by the way, this is all of the work that we do with you. We help you strategize for your business and where you're going. I know right now you're like, I don't have a strategy because I don't have any clients, or I don't have enough clients.

You will have clients, you will have enough clients, and you will need to know what the next level is. So, I too work with a coach and it's like, what do we want to do for 2025? Now that's six months away. But we have to start now planning. And so we looked at our offers, our VIP coaching experience, which is our handholding experience.

We love that. I mean, I love to be involved in every aspect of our clients business. We have a team, there's five of us who support clients in the fast track and in the VIP coaching experience, but when I looked at what really fueled me. My goodness, it's a VIP experience. So,

the Fast Track was an answer to people who said, Look, I don't have as much time to work with you.

I need something that's, you know, more than half the price of the VIP. I need a cheaper offer. I need to make lower payments. I need to work with you less time because I work full time. I can only join you over my lunch hour. We answered all of those questions. the requests of people who could not join the VIP by creating the fast track.

That is actually how that program was born. And again, learn from this lesson because it turns out that it has been the most successful program. With that said, we know that we're going to let go of this program. In its current format because we have our next level designed already We know where we're going.

We actually know what people want more because trends change the market changes So that's what we're in the process of designing that will be introduced later this year for now though. I want you to join the program that our clients have raved about.

We have people who already had private clients who are launching group programs for the first time. All of that happens during the fast track.

Our clients get to work. Some of the people are doing lives for the first time. And I also want to tell you, if you don't want to be on social media, We have to find another way for you to mark it, but it is possible. to build a business without it. But I always say, why would you? Why would you want to do it?

So our mindset coach Thais Glenn is in on every session with the fast track and we have to check with you when there's something you don't want to do that is for sure going to help you in your business. We have to check with you and see, Hey, is there some mindset going on? Why don't you want to be seen?

What are you hiding from? What are you afraid of? That's part of the work that we do in the fast track. As I give you your next. Steps, the action items, the strategy, Tyese supports you with what we know is going to cause you a problem, which is like, I don't want to put myself out there. You know, I'm scared I'm going to mess up.

What if I can't deliver what I offer?
