If you're in business, the truth is that eventually, you will most likely get a bad review. Someone will be unhappy. Someone will complain. Someone will say things about you that are not accurate.
Whether you know you did a great job and it’s unfounded, or you can honestly say you didn’t deliver as you should have, it won’t feel good. You will be caught off guard and may want to respond emotionally - but we can do better than that.
