Hello, how are you? Today we're going to talk about group coaching. There's two things that I want you to gain from today's podcast. Number one, if you are hesitant to join a group, particularly our group coaching program, I'm going to dispel all of the ideas that you have about why you think you don't want to be in a group.

And number two, I want you to stick around because I'm going to cover all the benefits of group coaching. And I'm going to show you some things that you're not thinking about why group coaching is so valuable. And when you are ready to sell your own group coaching program. Take some notes today and you'll be able to use all of this information to sell your own group coaching programs.

Now, maybe you're saying, Debbie, I don't want to have a group coaching program. I only want to do private coaching. What I can tell you for sure is that after people come to work with us and they start selling private clients, there always comes a point. I'll call it the tipping point where they decide, okay, you're right.

I do want to launch a group coaching program. we show them how to do it. So we have the framework to launch a program, to create a program, to design a program, and then also all the emails that go with selling the program. Okay, so today let's talk about how this is going to work, how you're going to grow more from being in a group coaching program.

Because honestly, I think that there's serious growth. Not just business strategy wise but also mindset wise and there's just personal development growth that comes out of it I think it's the most powerful setting and I think the collective energy of everybody in the group particularly if it's a good group We've got some amazing ladies in our group because we only work with action takers So if you're ready to build your business Again, I'll tell you about our VIP coaching experience, we have a couple of spots available, I'd love to have you in there.

But that collective energy of people who are all working towards the same thing, who are all overcoming the same challenges, who are all making progress, oh, it's so inspiring. So if you're looking for accountability, if you're looking for insights, all of that happens in a group coaching program. So we would love to invite you to claim one of those spots in the VIP coaching experience.

Let's talk about The benefits of group coaching. First of all, you make faster progress through collective learning. Now, what do I mean? What I know for sure is that some of you. And maybe it's you that's listening today comes to coaching and doesn't have very many questions. You're like, I don't know what to ask.

I'm not even sure. Or maybe you're intimidated about asking questions. I happen to be someone who is not intimidated about asking questions. I always think like if I'm going to be in a coaching program, I'm going to get my money's worth. I'm going to do what they say. And then I'm going to come ask questions.

And maybe you can relate to this, I don't just want to know the next step, I actually like to see the full map. That's why I don't like Google Maps, you know, in your car, because they only tell you where to turn next instead of giving you that old fashioned map that you can look at so you can see the big picture.

In a group coaching situation, the big picture is often shown because in our VIP coaching experience, people are at different places in their business, and so when you come in and you're like at the beginning trying to figure out your niche, and somebody else is working on launching their group coaching program, you are seeing things What is coming for you?

It's like, again, looking at the full map. I love that. So, I'm somebody who asks a lot of questions and I want to encourage you, if you're in a group coaching program, you should be asking questions too. One of our clients, Charlotte, asks a lot of questions and I love it. I mean, the first time I met her and she had so many questions, I was like, This girl's just like me.

She takes a lot of action, which in turn means she does have questions like she needs clarity about things or she's tried something and she's like, okay, I don't know. What should I do next? Jennifer is another client that asks a lot of questions. Actually we have quite a few clients that ask a lot of questions because most of our clients are actively building their business.

Nobody's just showing up and passively watching any videos. They're actively building their business. So. If you need to know kind of how to get your business built and you hate to ask questions, being in a group situation is so good because somebody else is going to ask a question that you did not think to ask, and then others are going to ask follow up questions to that same question, and even you might ask a follow up question to that same question, and then it's like even more clarity comes.

Even for the person, let's use Charlotte again as an example, who originally asked the question. coming with only her perspective. Now there's a series of other questions that have been asked and she's like, oh wow, okay, I really am thinking about this in a different way now.

So the second thing that I want to talk about is accountability. That just happens naturally in a group. Yes, there's accountability when you have private coaching, but it's a different kind of accountability in a group setting. I think that when you show up in a group of people who are taking action, you're inspired.

Particularly when you get to see that there are people who have made progress using the same process. So in our VIP container, there's people who are, earning pretty substantial amounts of money, and then there's people who are just getting started. It's actually very inspiring and very motivating to see the person who's further ahead and you're like, okay, if she can do it, I can do it, Or if she got her website built, I can surely figure this out. Another thing that's beautiful is that you have a built in network. So not just getting coaching from myself and from Thais and from our team, our virtual assistants also support our VIP clients. Not just all of that, but you also get support from other people in the group.

We had a group that just recently closed our fast track group and Kathy was a member of that group and she actually created a Monday night kind of meetup and I didn't come to it because it was for the coaches. They did it outside of our coaching, but every Monday night they met and they collaborated and they talked about what's happening and I'm sure they talked about their struggles and also kind of ideas that they had for each other that maybe they weren't sharing in the group coaching situation So I think that built a network is pretty fun and I've seen over the years where like somebody was working on a Canva project and Another person like Amy, Amy used to say I'll help you with Canva to all of the other people there were in that particular group So that is an added value that you're not thinking about which is there's lots of people to support you.

when I do one to one group coaching, I always talk about the fact that I only solve the immediate problem. Like you come to one to one coaching with me and we're only talking specifically about your niche, specifically about your program. You're not hearing about everybody else's, which is really where you get the big benefit.

It's like inspired ideas come as a result of other people talking. So you get an opportunity to overcome limiting beliefs faster. In my own coaching program, I know I've shared a lot about my experiences over the last year, but I have had a lot of growth and I've also had a lot of growth through overcoming mindset shifts that I did not know I needed to overcome.

I've actually worked on some technology that has been much harder than I ever imagined. So I kind of understand the technology challenges you guys have had. And I have to admit, I've even cried on a couple of calls because of the sense of frustration and overwhelm that I had for this massive project.

And you know, when I did that, I'm like, Oh gosh, Everybody else was like, Oh, thank you for showing up so honest and so true. You know, I was the one in that group who was really the most successful out of the group and doing the most, you know, transformative work. And so everybody else was benefiting from that.

So there really is an opportunity for you to learn from other people making mindset shifts. When you can see somebody else getting to the next level, guess what? It benefits you. When you see somebody else overcome their fears or do things despite the challenges that they're facing, it inspires you to take action too.

When you see people that are willing to invest in, let's say, the next step, you're inspired about that. It's like, okay, wait a minute. If she's going to do it, I'm going to do it. And also, let's just be honest. There is this thing where you're looking at some of the others in the group, And you're thinking, for sure if she can do it, I know I can do it.

That's another added benefit to being in a group coaching program. I know that your confidence will increase. I know that you'll feel more motivated. You'll feel more inspired. And how could you not when you're surrounded by ambitious, driven people?

Those are the ladies inside of the VIP coaching experience. You absorb that energy. there's like a collective belief about everybody's coaching business because Everybody knows about each other's niches. Yeah, they know exactly what they're working on, and so, yeah, there's this collective belief and encouragement that happens that is just beautiful.

So it makes it easier for you to push past any self doubt. It makes it easier for you to take bold, kind of scary action because everybody else is there to support you. One of the other beautiful things about group coaching. is that it's very structured. Now our private coaching, I will tell you, is very structured as well.

That's the way I like to coach. But for most of you that have experienced private coaching, it's more like you come to private coaching and they're like, tell me what's going on this week. That's how it kind of starts, right? In a group coaching situation, there's a path, a framework, a structure. There typically are lessons that you learn, which saves you so much time and provides such clarity.

There are typically worksheets. Actually, I'm working on custom GPTs that are part of ChatGPT. That's going to go with every single lesson. That again will accelerate how fast you can get the project done. It'll be multiple times faster than it currently is. So again, that's the benefit of being in a group coaching program where there is that structure.

step by step process. And one other thing I'll let you guys know is that anytime somebody asks a question on our group coaching program of like, okay, what should my first email say? Or what should the followup email say about this or something that they need created? I create it for the whole group and then we just add it to the coaching program.

So we have all kinds of supporting materials and I'm sure that this is the case in other groups as well. Now, I will say, I don't think there's very many business growth groups for coaches like what we've got. You know, most people are focused on one thing and we actually have the whole entire business build, from niche all the way down to creating, profiting your business.

We have every step, have the structure, the steps, the templates, Canva templates, the guides, the things you copy, all of it is part of that. and I definitely think it's more fun in a group. Let's be honest. You make friends, and that is so powerful because in this online space, It's lonely, isn't it, right?

Working in your own office, talking to yourself all day long. I'm on Zoom all day long. I'm so grateful when you guys can show up and we can like have coffee together on our Zoom sessions. But it is fun to have people who get you. It's fun to create relationships that I think actually are some of my best friends.

I mean, I love it when I can go to an event and see my coaching buddies. They're my favorite people to be around because they get what I am doing. You know, when we don't go to an office and have sort of talk around the water cooler, like they used to say.

You know, our talk is on zoom and so we make some of our best friendships there, particularly when you get to have private conversations outside of your group coaching with us. So I think if you're working towards a goal, it often feels overwhelming, but when you're in a group setting, it does become much more fun and for sure you're inspired by everybody else's action and for sure.

The people who become your friends they're looking out for you. They have your back As I said a couple of times that I was just super overwhelmed You know immediately as soon as we got off The call people were in the facebook group that I was a part of and they're like you got this you're good, you know So that's the same thing that happens with us.

So the last thing I want to talk about is that it's an opportunity for collaboration. I will tell you one of our clients, Amber, you've heard me talk a lot about her. She's doing so great. She is a binge eating coach and her original group that she was a part of. She's worked with us quite a while, but her original group, several of those ladies have done super well and they have podcasts of their own now.

Amber, who's a binge eating coach, collaborated, like with one of our clients, who does financial planning. She also collaborated with of our clients, who is a coach for teens. Now, that's pretty incredible, because those are niches that you would not think went together. But because they know each other's businesses, they could figure out a way to collaborate, and they both did a podcast swap.

They all did podcast swaps, actually. So, super fun opportunity to collaborate inside of the VIP coaching experience. I actually encourage our clients to collaborate through doing workshops together. Why not? You know, there's enough business for all of us, and my friends might be more interested in somebody else's coaching than they are in my coaching.

So bring everybody together. It's a great way to do it. One of the benefits of doing it with somebody else inside of our group is we provide the structure for the workshop. We provide the email guidance. We provide the tech guidance. We literally have an entire guide for how to do a workshop. and so the two people that collaborate.

They're both doing it the same way. It makes it so much easier and the marketing that they would do would be exactly the same. The format for the talks will be exactly the same. So, anyway you guys, I hope I've encouraged you to fall in love with group coaching because I believe that it's the most powerful thing we do.

I think when you're with action takers and you unite with other action takers, the progress happens. is contagious. Yeah. I think there's an energy that's different than any other setting. I think you're inspired by others. So I think our clients thrive the very best in a group coaching situation.

Let's have a conversation about what's happening with you, for you, where you're at in your business. We are in the second month of the year. Do not let this, year slip by. Practically, we're at the end of the quarter almost, right? Before we know it, we will be.

How much progress have you made? Honestly, you can make more progress with us in four weeks than you probably have in your total time working on your coaching business. So have a conversation with us.
